#10 It's easy to search the world! Just click on what map you want to search - World, Kids, States, or Provinces. Next select your designation - you can click on the map, or use the list below the map. In just a few seconds you have a wealth of information at your fingertips. Try it: Select the States and choose Texas. See if you can locate a time line. What about the state symbols?
#9 Each individual database is entirely searchable. For example, maybe you want to know which states in the USA have volcanoes. Just click on the states edition and search for volcanoes.
Click on the globe icon in the upper left-hand corner to return to the main menu at any time.
#6 Photos & Slideshows - CultureGrams provides a bank of images and image slideshows for students to use in their educational projects. They also provide a great resource for educators that are working to build background knowledge and vocabulary.

#3 Would you like to include your Math teachers? Culture Grams includes a graphs and tables feature. The graphs and tables tab allows you to select up to 4 different cultures and compare up to 4 different features: including topics such as land, population, demographics, economy, education, and resources. Data can be represented in either table or bar graph format, both printable.
#1 Of course we cannot forget our Social Studies, History and Geography teachers! CultureGrams provides great maps! Kids edition provides 2 maps for each culture, while the World edition provides 5. Maps are printable, include citations, and allow students to zoom in to view.
