INTERNSHIPS
Spring 2022
Spring 2022 ushered in a new year of internships at BMG with 12 excited young people ready to dig their teeth into the BMG workplace (80% female identifying 83% BIPOC).
I could not be more grateful! I have been welcomed throughout this entire experience, from the interview process to my first day in the office. My team has poured so much into me this semester. If I could write a brief about every person who’s impacted me at BMG, I would. I’ve learned more about sync and music publishing in the past ten weeks than I have in the last year thanks to the entire team at BMG! It feels great to be in a position doing what I love, while having a team that values me as much as I value them. The inclusive community at BMG has contributed immensely to my growth." - Desiree Sokolgz, Intern
Summer 2022
The Summer 2022 intern cohort consisted of 9 emerging music industry professionals (78% female identifying 66% BIPOC).
This internship has allowed me to hone in on where I want my place to be in the music industry, my pathway to get there, and truly see myself as a future Music Industry Executive/CEO. I cannot thank Sam Corrado IV, Thomas Scherer, and Ed Holland enough for allowing me the space, responsibility, encouragement, and opportunity to work towards my goals, dreams, and aspirations." - Taylor Marie Cantrano, Intern
Fall 2022
The Fall 2022 intern cohort consisted of 10 aspiring professionals (50% female identifying and 70% BIPOC).
It has been the best year of my life learning from an incredible team of people! I just graduated, and very excited for what 2023 holds. - Camryn Clark, Intern
The internship program was absolutely phenomenal. It was one of the greatest internship experiences that I’ve had in my college career. My supervisors were very helpful, very kind, and most importantly, willing to teach and assist at any point in time through their buzzing schedules. It was truly a moment in time that I will never forget. I recommend all students to be apart of such a great program like this one here at BMG! - Carlos China, Intern
