50 Shades of Rae is a podcast dedicated to helping young black women that are unlearning and relearning themselves. Show host, Rachel White, or Rae as you’ll intimately get to know her as, will peel back the layers of her heart to reveal the “50 shades” that make her the person she is today and still becoming. Through inspirational content, she’ll explore topics such as relationships, mental health, and self-love - all to help guide you through the exploration of your own 50 shades so you are to live life authentically.
