HOW TO ORDER:
1: Sign-up for a new client account: To place an order with South American Minerals Group, you'll need to first create a client account. This can be done by visiting our website and clicking on the "Sign-Up" button. Fill out the required information and submit your account request.
2: Await approval: Once you've submitted your account request, it will be reviewed by our team. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved. (24-48 hours estimated processing time)
3: Receive our product catalogs: Once your account is approved, you will receive our product catalogs as they release which will include all pricing and additional information on our available products.
4: Submit order request form: Once you've reviewed our product catalogs, you can submit an order request form on our website. Be sure to specify the items you would like to order, the quantity, and any other relevant details.
5: Receive and pay your custom invoice: After we receive your order request form, we will send you a custom invoice with the total cost of your order + your custom DHL Express Quote. Once you receive the invoice, you can make the payment directly on our website and your order will be processed and shipped to you. (We encourage prompt payment within 24-48 hours of receiving your invoice)
