The Incubator

located at 120 South Bradford in Placentia with 910 square feet and uses a “hotel” concept to optimize space usage.

What is an incubator?

The word incubator can mean many things but to us it is a place where a startup gets help validating its business model, gets expert advice on starting a business, and gets help preparing for launch.

What is a business model?

A business model is how a startup provides value to a customer and gets money in return; this exchange allows the startup can become a sustainable company. Startups are company wannabees.

How does the CSUF Startup Incubator help?

For a period of six months, we provide one on one coaching from startup expert custom tailored to each residents needs.

Who are the mentors?

We have a pool of nearly 400 mentors made up of veteran entrepreneurs, attorneys, CPAs, bankers and other business people.

His father purchased Taco Factory in 2005, and Guzman-Lezama had been working for his father as a cashier, but as he got busier with school, his education had become a priority.
