After 23 years of friendship and 10 years of dating, with both of their sons Justin and Branden and other family in attendance at Levi’s® Stadium, Jonathon used the 49ers Foundation Scoreboard Message program during halftime of the 10/24 Colts vs 49ers game to propose to Kim. She said yes in the rain! Just 3 weeks later they were excited to attend the 11/15 rivalry Rams vs 49ers game to enjoy amazing seats by the locker room. They thought getting George Kittle’s autograph and a high five from Jimmy Garoppolo while watching the Niners win surrounded by family was exciting enough… but they were even more thrilled when they won the 50/50 Raffle presented by Black Oak Casino! Two back-to-back memorable games that they will talk about forever!

Educating Beyond the Classroom: Chevron Mentors Share Their Internship Journey
In partnership with Chevron, 49ers EDU helped to co-lead Chevron’s "Internships 101" roundtable with students from the 49ers STEM Leadership Program presented by Chevron. Chevron STEM professionals shared insight and advice on their experiences as interns at Chevron and how to prepare for internships at any company.
49ers EDU presented by Chevron leverages the game of football and Levi’s® Stadium as platforms to excite children about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) concepts, sparking and fueling an interest in these subjects with students at an early age. 49ers EDU is steadfast in its commitment to serving students, teachers, and families—especially those furthest from resource and opportunity—to ensure our community's future workforce will be prepared through high quality and fun STEAM education.
49ers PREP Presented By U.S. Bank Celebrates National Girls and Women in Sports Day
In recognition of the 36th annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day on February 2, 49ers PREP presented by U.S. Bank & Nike announced a partnership to support High School Girls Flag Football in the Bay Area in 2022. 49ers PREP presented by U.S. Bank continues to empower the growth of girls in football through various programs and events.
Coming Spring 2022: T.H.I.N.K. Gold! Conference Presented By Fuel Up to Play 60
49ers PREP presented by U.S. Bank and BAWSI are teaming up to host the T.H.I.N.K. Gold! Conference presented by Fuel Up to Play 60. Local female student-athletes will learn from women in the 49ers through social and physical exercises promoting a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle.
49ers PREP presented by U.S. Bank empowers Bay Area youth to lead healthy lifestyles by engaging in physical activity and nurturing the growth of student athletes on and off the playing field. The program provides free non-contact activities for both boys and girls as well as additional programs to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. 49ers PREP’s principal objective is to promote a culture of teamwork by creating safe opportunities for children of all backgrounds and abilities to play, grow, and have fun at no cost.
