Rent is due the 1st - 5th of each month - These fees can be paid through check, cashier's check, or money order. Web payments are also accepted, please contact your on-site manager for more information to gain access to your tenant portal. Cash payments WILL NOT be accepted.
Once every month the tenant's water usage is documented and calculated by Sterling Properties. If you have questions or concerns regarding utility usage fees, please contact Sterling Properties directly. All accounting aspects within your rental statement are done by Sterling Properties (Not by the on-site manager).
