The University of Cincinnati baseball team opens its home slate against Miami (OH) on Wednesday, March 1 for Opening Day in Cincinnati. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m. at UC Baseball Stadium.
Wednesday marks the first installment of a five-game homestand, as the Bearcats will host North Alabama for a four-game series on March 3-5.

FIRST LOOK AT THE NEW VIDEOBOARD
Fans will experience new video content throughout the game as the new videoboard will be on full display at the home opener.
The videoboard is 17.85 feet by 24.15 feet and 431 square feet in total. The pixel pitch, which is the distance between individual pixels that make up the display, will be 10 millimeters, providing a crisp and clear image to all inside the venue.
OPENING DAY MAGIC
A then-stadium-record 2,451 fans attended last year's home opener as the Bearcats earned a walk-off win over Ohio State.
Fans continued to pack UC Baseball Stadium throughout the 2022 season, breaking the attendance record with 3,125 fans on May 11 against NKU.
Cincinnati has won 13 straight home openers, dating back to 2010.
