Submitting City Responses
We have recently received our first round of comments from the city and our team is actively working on addressing them and submitting our responses. While we have a concept for the lot plan, we are currently working on getting drawings finished. Below are some concept drawings for the exterior of the homes and floor plan. We anticipate that early grading and horizontal construction will begin this summer.
