SilverHill Consulting about us
SilverHill provides consulting, advisory and project management services for wealth managers, fund / asset managers and other participants within the financial services sector.
Founded by experienced industry professionals, SilverHill aims to provide high impact, profit enhancing delivery to its clients across a variety of project disciplines.
Our Mission Statement
SilverHill’s mission is to deliver a strategically focused, profit enhancing consultancy proposition to our clients.
Our Values
Being practitioner led, SilverHill shares many of the core values of its client base:
- We guide rather than decide your future
- We deliver quality
- We value relationships more than fees
- We value our independence
- We support change
- We target sustainable growth
The SilverHill Differentiator
The majority of consultancy firms are staffed by “career” consultants. Our personal experience of working with these types of firms has proven expensive, energy sapping and often fruitless in outcome.
SilverHill was formed by practitioners for practitioners. We use our knowledge, experience and approach to deliver value quickly, enabling our clients to remain focused on the core profit generating elements of their business. Unlike other consultancy models, we believe in adding value and then exiting your day to day business. Our clients deserve the freedom to succeed!
Our Services
From proposition design to operational realisation and enhancement, SilverHill’s wealth of practitioner experience means that from day one our clients begin to realise value. Our expertise enables us to offer our clients a wide range of services including:
- Sales Strategy & Structuring
- Proposition Design & Implementation
- Relationship management & Introductions
- Product Design & Launch
- Operational Enhancements (execution, settlement & custody)
- Investment Process, Governance & Compliance
Bespoke Engagements
SilverHill can tailor its services to suit client needs. From retained advisory to time and materials engagements, SilverHill can ensure that its delivery approach aligns with both the available budget, internal resources and the desired delivery timeframe.
Our Clients
Our clients appreciate discretion, so we can’t provide you with a list of brands. What we can say is that we work with a diverse range of clients, from partnerships to FTSE and Fortune 500 multinationals. Our current engagements include clients in the wealth management, asset / fund management, investment banking, platform technology and asset servicing sectors.
Our Associates
SilverHill’s founders believe in their expertise … but also understand its limits. Our practitioner experience has exposed us to a number of high quality individuals with specific knowledge and skill sets to complement our own. Whilst our client engagements are always designed and managed by a Director, SilverHill’s Associate portfolio ensures that practitioner expertise remains at the heart of our proposition and your project.
