We have been pleasantly surprised with the natural beauty and unique culture that Südtirol offers. Bolzano (or in German - Bozen) is the capital with a number of unique castles and of course a 4,300 year old “wet” mummy “Iceman” that did leave an impression on us all. Well worth a visit and pay the extra for a private tour in English!
Well this concludes our 4 week trip with just a day to kill in Milano before flying out later in the day.
