A Look Into CET Rehearsals for Pippin Daily rundown of Most CET rehearsal from Feb. 7, to march 11, with photos. To see what happens during Tech Week, Follow community ensemble theatre on instagram.

2/7: Music Rehearsal. On this day, Lila Fetter, who plays Catherine, rehearsed "Love Song" with John Reed, who plays Pippin from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Reed then left, and Fetter rehearsed "I Guess I'll Miss the Man" and "Kind of Women" on her own until 5:30 p.m. After that, Jasmine Lowenstein, who plays Berthe, rehearsed "No Time at All" until 6:00 p.m.

2/8: Crew Meeting and Music/Dance Rehearsal. On this day, cast members in "War is a Science" rehearsed their song and practiced choreography with it. While this was happening, CET crew worked hard on doing their part to prepare for the show.

2/9: Dance Rehearsal and Blocking. On this day, Reed joined Marisa Andoni-Savas, who plays the Leading Player, to rehearse dances for "Right Track" and "Extraordinary".

2/13: Crew Meeting and Dance Catch Up. On this day, crew heads met at 10:30 a.m. to discuss what was going to happen. The rest of the crew came at 11:00 a.m. and got to work. All of the cast was called to work on dances for "Simple Joys" and "With You" from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

2/14: Blocking. On this day, Reed and Fetter met along with some ensemble members to work on blocking for Act II, Scene 3.

2/15: Crew Meeting and Music Catch Up. On this day, crew worked in the craft theater while cast worked on music in the gym.

2/22: Blocking, Dance Rehearsal, Music Rehearsal and Crew Meeting. On this day, crew met in the craft theater to work on various crew things while cast met in the gym to run through dances and work on a little blocking.

2/23: Dance Rehearsal. On this day, cast met in the gym to review all dance numbers.

2/25: Music and Blocking. On this day, cast met to review music and finish the rest of the blocking for the show.

2/27: Crew Meeting, Costume Fittings and Dance Rehearsal. On this day, crew heads met at 10:30 a.m. from 11:00 a.m. The rest of the crew came at 11:00 a.m. to get to work. From 11:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., actors came in to try on different costumes. Marisa Andoni-Savas, Claire Lewis and Poppy Magee met from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. to rehearse the Manson Trio.

2/28: Run Through and Music Rehearsal. On this day, all of cast met from 3:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to run through the first act and rehearse music. This day was also the first day of having to be off-book, meaning that actors aren't allowed to use their scripts on stage and they have to call for "line".

3/1: Crew meeting, Music Rehearsal and Dance Rehearsal. On this day, crew met in the craft theater while cast rehearsed several dances in the gym with the choreographer and music director.

3/6: Crew Meeting. On this day, crew heads met at 10:30 a.m. to discuss what was going to happen. The rest of crew and several actors came in at 11:00 a.m. to get to painting and other various crew activities. Most of the actors helped move props from storage into the school and organize it in the props room.

3/9: Full Run Through. On this day, cast met to run through the full show while leadership from crew came to take notes. Cast also learned how to move the sets on and off stage.

3/10: Full Run Through. On this day, cast met to run through the full show while leadership from crew came to take notes. This day was also the last day to call for "line". 

3/11: Full Run Through. On this day, cast met to run through the full show while leadership from crew came to take notes. This day was the last day before tech week.
