Gravel & Grading
Site construction began this month with the clearing of trees and brush over the entire property. We were able to put in a gravel entry off of the main road. The silt fence is installed and we have started grading. We are pushing soil to areas that will be used for later. Compaction testing for the first phase to begin this week (ending 11/4). The manufacturer has also been contacted regarding transformers and we are attempting to secure a direct purchase for those we need. We also reevaluated the plans and determined the locations of the mailboxes, associated parking lot, and small clubhouse.
