"It's just about coming in and observing that the girls are ready to learn. They are a great group, and they're fun and great characters. They want to learn, and they want to work hard while learning. They want to win, and as a coach, that is the only thing you can ask for. So I will keep teaching, coaching, setting the standard, and explaining what I want and how we will get there each and every day."
