What is happening?
- A new 12,900 SF precast transportation facility with brick clad steel-framed offices will be utilized to house, maintain, and manage the White Bear Lake Area School District vehicles and staff.

- The certificate of occupancy has been obtained and the building is occupied.
- The bus parking lot operators have been installed.
- Test and balance of the mechanical systems is complete.

- The interior punch list work is nearly complete.
- Exterior punch list work is nearly complete.
Upcoming Work
- Installation of permanent overhead doors and operators is scheduled for September 17, 2021.
- Installation of the trash enclosure gate is scheduled for September 27, 2021.
