What is self-care? Self-care is a general term that describes everything you do deliberately for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. As simple as it sounds, many of us pay little attention to self-care. This is why ‘deliberately' is one of the most important words in the definition. You need to be conscious of your actions that feed yourself from the space of unconditional love.

Self-care is the most important gift you can give yourself. Self-care encourages you to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself so that you can transmit the good feelings to others. While some may misconstrue self-care as selfish, it's far from that. When you pay adequate attention to your well-being, you're not considering your needs alone. The ripple effect that you will have on others is endless. Trust me.

Session One

Gratitude and the Art of Blending

In this session we will learn why taking time each day to stop, observe, and write out 3 things that you’re grateful for will help your mind to focus on feelings of joy, peace, compassion, love, and forgiveness. When you write a gratitude list every day, you invite more of what you’re grateful for into your life, and you become more aware of the good and the beautiful around you.

We will also learn how to combine essential oils into custom blends and you'll experience a beautiful heart centered yoga practice. Your gift is a custom made UNCONDITIONAL blend of essential oils with gemstones.

And finally, enjoy a heart centered and gentle yoga practice.

Session Two

Cultivating JOY & Soothing Foot Salve

Joy is such a divine feeling. While emotions such as happiness usually come from external sources and are usually quite temporary, joy comes from deep within and is often sustainable. Joy is an internal and nature part of who you are and is often how you best express yourself. if you have ever watched a young child you can see how they delight in the simplest things—their emotions are raw and true. It is difficult, if not impossible to fake joy.

This session you will learn how to make a soothing salve to ease the tension in your physical body. Additionally, you'll enjoy a beautiful joy based yoga practice. Your gift is a jar of my favorite combination of essential oils blended beautifully in a soothing salve.

Session Three

Restorative Yoga & Sleep Inducing Bath Bombs

Practicing Restorative yoga can have enormous benefits for both body and mind but when the pace of life is fast, we may find our minds and bodies speed up to match it. Our minds start to race, we can feel overwhelmed, and drained. This can easily lead to feeling overwhelmed and stressed. With the demands of our busy life, our nervous systems then take a beating.

This final session of our series we learn how to make the most amazing bath bombs to add to your bubble baths. These special bombs include essential oils, Epsom salts and more to invite in a truly relaxing and renewing experience. We will close out our time together with a restorative yoga practice. Your gift is a collection of my favorite sleep inducing bath bombs.

Self-compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others.

About Me

Stacie believes that it is her life purpose to share the gift of Yoga with anyone who is willing to say yes. In addition to raising a family and being an advocate for those with disabilities, Stacie is founder of Embracing Spirit Yoga which specializes in bringing adaptive Yoga into community centers and rehabilitation clinics. Bringing her depth of compassion to the mat--or the chair--she offers students the opportunity to grow as an individual in all aspects of their life.

With over sixteen years experience, Stacie Wyatt is a E-500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Life Wellness Coach, Senior YogaFit Instructor, Mind/Body Personal trainer, Stress Reduction and Meditation Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Barre Instructor. Stacie is also certified in Integrative Movement Therapy™and is also a believer in the power and application of essential oils for health and wellness.

Stacie brings her personal life experience of raising a daughter with a disability and many years working in special education to her everyday Yoga classes.

In addition to teaching classes at a variety of local centers and health clubs, Stacie also continues to offer Yoga and Wellness coaching individually to those seeking private sessions.
