Dishita Batta and Priyanka Mistry, We the founders of Invigorate Design Studio, believe, each space has a story hidden which is awaiting to be unveiled.
We begin the process by means of demolishing or carving out spaces to bring to light; something that was hidden or non existent, which in turn leads us to create the magic and drama as one transitions from one space to the other.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
BUNGALOW 48
LOCATION : DAHANU
AREA : 3000 SQFT
Bungalow 48, is named after its legacy of construction year 1948, and completely refurbished in 2022
The structure still stood strong. To maintain and respect the legacy, all the materials have been refurbished to enhance the beauty of the project.
THE ENTRANCE
The entrance door is a Robust 10feet high ROSEWOOD door, making a statement of its legacy leaving the person awestruck. A person is welcomed into an 18 feet high sun kissed skylight ceiling, making a person go wow
Design is when details come together to complete the story
The rosewood door is enhance with a brass handle, and is well complimented by the mouldings in the background when the door is kept open
Brass artwork with light is enhanced with the richness of veneer
When we replicate the details of real ash wood flutes to follow continuity and add depth to communicate

ICC 1 - 3BHK
LOCATION: WADALA
AREA : 1570 SQ FT
An apartment designed for senior corporate executives, Mr. Nageswara Rao and Mrs. Mallika Vyas, where muted colours, quite elegance and excellent finishes were non-negotiable
The main door is designed with a real leather enhanced with studs. The customised brass handle adding to the opulence statement
A customised dining table of veneer top and brass at the legs. Combination of modern with a classical chairs on either sides played with different fabrics to add a personal touch of authenticity for the client, since those classical chair were from the ancestors
Souvenir unit customised using the subtle leather finished Roberto Cavalli wallpaper as the backdrop to highlight the souvenirs of the world
The tv unit made in walnut wooden stripes, with storage’s behind each flute. The storage was ergonomically designed to be able to service the tv without removing the tv and making it easy for maintenance, the walnut striped wood is given a break with a beautiful blue in the shelves to showcase the other books and souvenirs
The brown glass shuttered wardrobe gave the client a way to display all his branded collection and also giving a sense of openness to the space
Here is an example of building a beautiful wardrobe on either sides of the window, making it a classic example of a touch of classical in a contemporary setting
The doors are designed with a beautiful architrave with a blend of Matt up finish with a glossy back painted glass. The solidity of the doors is broken with the leather feel stripped Roberto Cavalli wallpaper in the passageway
Entry to the study room, with a chequered flooring with a brass border and fluted glass door for the mandir at the beginning of the room
Study area designed absolutely classical contemporary with an Andrew Martin architectural wallpaper, with a classic mustard chesterfield sofa and a recliner with a library of 1000 books next to the window, making it a perfect study den for our clients
The entry to the Daughter’s Bedroom is through a beautiful hardwood herringbone flooring with a mauve Color for the wardrobes in the passage area and a tonga stripped wallpaper on the other side
The cane moulded bed customised by magnolia fits perfectly with the Ananbo wallpaper and customised brass lights
DUPLEX VILLA
LOCATION: DAHANU
AREA: 4000 SQFT
This Luxury villa is designed for the Mr. Chintan Shah, one of the biggest Importers of Rubber gloves in India
The minimalistic furniture pieces from Blue Loft on a Armani grey marble flooring tied together with an Armani wallpaper with customised mirror on wooden panel not only made the space look bigger but also became vastu compliant
Kitchen, where you will fall in love with cooking. The visual feel of the kitchen was maximised with skylights in a sloping roof, where one can feel the flow of natural light at all times of the day, and enjoy the view of the rains from under the pane
Luxury is when it is comfortable, the minimalistic modular kitchen from Spanish brand Spar, and the counter in a look of statuario clubbed with a gorgeous oak veneer. The windows from curosso which had blinds insert within the windows helped the client to maintain their privacy
The perception of compromised overhead storage was met with the additional storage in the breakfast counter
Use of tan leatherite on the bed and with a back painted grey glass for the wardrobe, with classic old pics of marriage, best Defined the Parent’s room
Note: All the picture panels are openable storage’s with a window behind
A customised piece of book case cladded in the same leatherite made a statement as a piece of art, creating a story in itself
Customised Crockery unit cladded with green leather, and rich houndstooth print on the closed shutters with a profile shutter for display near the dining area, rightly placed under the gorgeous black Marquina marble floating staircase with a European oak veneer in its backdrop
Daughter’s room best defined with a floral tile customised just for them with a gorgeous leatherite chesterfield bed, with French doors as backdrop and veneer in the ceiling to add the warmth amongst all the whites
A pu based mauve fluted wardrobe with a customised rose gold handle, stands out from the white door
Master bedroom, where the bed is placed against the window maintaining the privacy of the client and giving them a nook to sip on coffee sitting by the window behind
The bed is high gloss Pu with a brass insert, softened with a gorgeous suede and robust marble on the sides with a glass from the marble to illuminate the room in the day. The lit onyx top on side tables eliminates the requirement of a side table lamb and maintain the mood of the bedroom
LODHA MARQUISE
AREA:1470 SQFT
A home designed as a vacation Home for Raunaq C, an upcoming Bollywood debutant. He wanted a home designed as a bachelor’s pad in the common spaces, yet have the privacy of their respective bedrooms
The existing kitchen from Lodha was demolished to create an open kitchen concept with inbuilt fridge and other storage’s. There was a provision for a dirty kitchen inside
The use of exotic marble replica with a solid maroon gives a chic look
A customised suede l shaped sofa to relax and enjoy the view with a satin finished wallpaper at the back
