Before you go on climbing you need to train yourself physically and mentally.
1. Physical Strength
Climbing big mountians is hard work and you need a lot of physical strength to make it to the summit. One thing you can do is squats or pushups everyday to make you stronger. And also you're not just going to climb with just yourself, in most cases you be carrying a big heavy bag so you need to do upper body as well as lower body work outs.
2. Stamina
You are not just going to be able to climb the mountain in one day, it's probably going to take around 2 weeks to climb big mountians. So you're going to need to have the courage and stamina to keep on going forward for a long time.
