DOGTAP TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

DOGTAP is a NFC enabled ID-Tag for dogs with a specially designed cloud software for the shared data.

Android + Windows smartphones are NFC enabled, they together sum up to ca. 85% of all operating systems today.

Until 2016 estimated 700 mio. devices will be sold with NFC technology, 93% of them running under Android.

Apple iPhones are also NFC enabled, the service is not yet useable in all countries now, which is said to change within the next months.

Therefore additionally there is a possibility to get data access via a QR code.
