28th Annual Graduate Education & Graduate Student Research Conference in Hospitality & Tourism

As the first California State University host institution, Cal Poly Pomona’s Collins College was delighted to host the 28th Annual Graduate Education & Graduate Student Research Conference in Hospitality & Tourism. Held for the first time in California, the 3-day conference was attended by 380+ grad students and faculty on January 5-7, 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Anaheim - Orange County.
Founded in 1996, the annual conference is instrumental in promoting academic and research exchange, furthering hospitality and tourism research development, providing a global networking forum for graduate students and faculty, and serving as a professional career hub for graduate students completing their terminal degrees.

A major highlight of the conference was the awards dinner where students and professors were recognized for their exceptional work.
