Lynnette Hunt is an ordinary mommy to two girls and wife to hubby Neil. She works with women who want to take control of their own health naturally, women who strive for overall health and wellness. She helps women young and old create their own health dreams and works with them step by step to achieve them for themselves and their loved ones.
The 5 Shifts
Through my years of striving towards better health naturally, I have notice that the same methods works for some and not for others. After studying this phenomenon I have come to the conclusion that each soul, each body is different and reacts differently to all methods, all it takes is patience and listening skills. What I did find are health areas which can easily be enhanced with 5 simple shifts. The great news is that these shifts can be applied to enhance your health and well-being.

Find what makes you happy. Moving your body has so many health benefits, it can be magical. From as simple as dancing in your kitchen, to taking a brisk walk or working out in the gym will add years to your health, not only physically, but emotionally. Exercise is brain power.

Reduce stress and anxiety. Easier said than done? It can be as simple as sipping a cup of tea, managing your time better or taking a few deep breaths.

Gut Health
A healthy gut microbiome is essential not only to properly break down the foods you’re eating, but also for nutrient absorption and toxin elimination. Your gut is your "second brain," and your gut bacteria transmits information to your brain via the vagus nerve, the tenth cranial nerve that runs from your brain stem into your enteric nervous system (the nervous system of your gastrointestinal tract). There is a close connection between gut flora and the brain, and just as you have neurons in your brain, you also have neurons in your gut.
