Purchasing Training using Credit Card

Log into Infor Campus.

Select the training course you want from Campus home page. Once you have selected the course to register, click on “Add to Plan”.

Once the “Add to Plan” option is selected, you will need to Select the due date on when you plan to attend. Select a future date based on your plan & click “ADD”.

Next on the Navigation page you would view the course selected and the respective modalities in which it is being delivered. Click View and select the schedule that suits best for you based on your availability.

You would now see all the “Available Classes” and their schedule. Click on “Buy Now” to enroll in the class of your choice.

Once on the payment page you would receive a warning message stating “No Subscription available” if you have not purchased any subscription from Infor. If you wish to proceed with payment click the cross mark to complete the payment via credit card.

If you have a promo code – please enter the details in the “Coupon Code” section and click apply to avail the promotion. If not read the Terms And Conditions via the “LEARN MORE” link on the payment page and once you agree with the T&C select the tick box on “Agree to Terms And Conditions

On the same page select the Payment Method i.e.

  • For subscription Customers - select “Subscription Orders” by selecting the drop down and selecting “Apply Subscription” and proceed with “COMPLETE ORDER” to continue with registration.
  • For Customers with Invoice - select “Invoice" Option – enter the Invoice details and click save and proceed with “COMPLETE ORDER” to continue with registration.

For Customers with Purchase Orders (PO), select “Purchase Orders” Option”. Enter the Purchase Order number (if you have the details) and click “Apply” to complete the payment via PO and proceed with “COMPLETE ORDER” to continue with registration.

If the Payment Method is Credit card, then please select the Credit Card Option under the Payment Method option on the payment page. Input your credit card details.

Input the billing address on top the payment page and click “UPDATE”.

Once all the details are updated – Tick the “Agree to Terms And Conditions” & click on “COMPLETE ORDER” to complete the payment via Credit card.

Once the payment is successfully completed the confirmation page will show the status of the registration, order details, date of order completion, course details and payment details. This is an indication that payment and registration is confirmed.

Additionally, you will receive an auto notification from education@MAIL.campus.infor.com (Please watch for the class details via this mail & add this mailbox so that the mails do not reach your spam).
