To ensure a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits are one of the ways on how to make yourself healthy. There are lots of benefits when you, yourself eat healthy foods instead of junk foods. Eating healthy foods can lift our mood better and be more energized. Because our body is getting all of the nutrients and proteins that we need. Which will function properly and improve our energy levels. Junk food is not actually made of trash and garbage it just describes the food that consists of few proteins and nutrients that our body consumes. Examples of this are chips, candies, soft drinks so on and so forth. Consuming more junk foods than vegetables and fruits might cause health problems. Like unhealthy diets, obesity, chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes may lead you to the death stage. It’s funny how something tastes so good can be so bad for us. Not as bad as we thought, but this should not be consumed on a day-to-day basis of our life.
