Pita & Salt Egyptian street food
Sep 2015, Pita & Salt opened it's doors to the bay area serving the sweet taste of authentic Egyptian dishes, in an attempt to create an ambiance of bringing a glimpse of Egypt's streets, and the delicious Egyptian cuisine using freshly picked ingredients and cooked to order meals.
In a quite corner of Cupertino, CA far from all bay area loud streets and car traffic, where you can sit in a peaceful neighborhood,listening to the sound of some Egyptian tunes, and the smell of flavorful aroma of Egyptian spices, while sipping on a turkish coffee and blowing smokes of a hookah, Pita & Salt took place.
In order to handle the supply shortage in a timely manner, external help is needed to upscale the business into a fully functional restaurant that can match with the enormous possible market share, taking into consideration being a one of a kind cuisine with a very high potential of success rather than having an ethnic base of clientele that has already been well established in the first 3 months of operation
We built four scenarios of required capital starting with the least acceptable standards estimates ending with an optimistic scenario.
Estimations were built based on realistic and reasonable assumptions from current market values, and with a thorough calculation to each item.
