Pita & Salt Egyptian street food

Sep 2015, Pita & Salt opened it's doors to the bay area serving the sweet taste of authentic Egyptian dishes, in an attempt to create an ambiance of bringing a glimpse of Egypt's streets, and the delicious Egyptian cuisine using freshly picked ingredients and cooked to order meals.

In a quite corner of Cupertino, CA far from all bay area loud streets and car traffic, where you can sit in a peaceful neighborhood, listening to the sound of some Egyptian tunes, and the smell of flavorful aroma of Egyptian spices, while sipping on a turkish coffee and blowing smokes of a hookah, Pita & Salt took place.

The traction witnessed since opening was beyond expectation, that Pita & Salt faced surge in demand led to 3 and 4 hours of waiting time!
In order to handle the supply shortage in a timely manner, external help is needed to upscale the business into a fully functional restaurant that can match with the enormous possible market share, taking into consideration being a one of a kind cuisine with a very high potential of success rather than having an ethnic base of clientele that has already been well established in the first 3 months of operation
