Global Diving & Salvage is proud to celebrate International Women in Maritime Day and honor the remarkable achievements of women in the maritime industry.
Women have historically been underrepresented in the maritime sector and we believe in the importance of acknowledging the invaluable role women have played in shaping the industry. We are proud to have our female employees spread throughout all aspects of our operations, from divers, welders, and project coordinators to those working in accounting and human resources.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible women at Global Diving & Salvage who work tirelessly to keep the maritime industry thriving. Your hard work, dedication, and expertise are an inspiration to us all.

What is your favorite part about your job?
The problem-solving! I absolutely love the challenge of being on a boat or in the water with very limited access to tools / equipment, and figuring out how you're going to tackle a problem. It's a unique aspect of this field that I've absolutely fallen in love with.
What’s one item you can’t live without?
Definitely chapstick.

What do you like most about working for Global?
Everyone at Global is great to work with and it is awesome to see the things that the group are able to accomplish in the field.
What’s one item you can’t live without?
Hand sanitizer. I have become very attached to my lavender scented hand sanitizer from Trader Joe's.

What is your favorite part about your job?
The people! Every day I show up for them because they always show up for me. What we do is impressive.
What is one thing you can't live without?
I can always live without things. I cannot live without my sons. They are my world and my air, ask Zach.
