OVERPOPULATION Tri Duong

OverPOPULATION would lead to undesirable living conditions where the great number of people becomes so enormous that it would exceeds the existing resources of this planet. In fact, were we to set the benchmark according to how people live in Australia for every person living today, we would require the resources of four Earths.

The world population is still growing every single day, every single hour and every minute. In fact a newborn arrives every 8 seconds and we welcome every new baby that comes into this world. You have to admit - this smacks of pure insanity.

CAUSES

There are a lot of reason why the population grew greatly in the last few decades

EFFECTS

Food shortages cause starvation. Follow it is a bunch of consequence and detrimental effects on human body, including fatigue and mental sluggishness, eventually death.

(Same as the one above)

Other resources will disappear from the planet, having been used up by a huge population. Eventually, nothing will be left. Are we prepared to jeopordise the future of humanity by turning a blind eye to what is already happening?

Desertification has become a global problem over last few years due to the world's rapid industrial development. (More precisely, the uncontrolled population growth is what lead to it (desertification) which take away 1B people home)

As the population keep growing, wars between countries are inevitable and if this situation's proceeding then World War III is not impossible.

SOLUTIONS

It will be too late to change, unless drastic population control measures are introduced, like limiting the birthrate per couple. Continuing the present rate of births will cause starvation and war, environmental degradation and social dislocation on a scale not seen before. (Think about all the diseases that will spread and the major depressions that will occur in society). Take action NOW as we don't have enough time to solve the situation. Otherwise, the world will go to the end sooner or later.
