Delivery, Installation and Warranty Services

You spend countless hours on designing your perfect workplace and furniture has been ordered. What next? Here are the services you will receive from Kit Office Plus.

Your space is ready for the new furniture and Kit Office Plus is here to help. Our furniture delivery and installation team makes it easier for you to upgrade your existing or move into new space.

We'll handle everything from delivery and installation to cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces. Installation service includes full assembly of the furniture, disposal of furniture’s packaging, and space tidy up so you can get to business!

Here’s what to expect from us on delivery day.

COMMUNICATION

After your order placed, we contact you via phone or e-mail with ETA information and set up installation date.
2-3 days prior to installation day we contact you again to arrange delivery location and installation time.

INSTALLATION

The delivery team unload and place furniture into the designated space.
All furniture will be unpackaged, completely assembled and inspected for any damages.
Before customer accepts delivery, functionality of the furniture and seating demonstrated and explained to the customer.
Once delivery accepted by customer we will follow up in a month to see if everything working and our you are satisfied with your purchase.

REMOVAL AND CLEANING

After installation complete our team removes all the packaging and garbage.
Cleaning and disinfection of the surfaces performed.
