COVID-19 Vaccine
Immunization with a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine is an important component to reduce COVID-19-related illnesses. Vaccinations are essential to protect everyone’s health and safety and our community as a whole.
How to Schedule a Vaccine Appointment
COVID-19 vaccination appointments are available for individuals 5 years and older and booster dose appointments for individuals 16 and older.
First dose: Use online scheduling, myWakeHealth or call 336-70-COVID.
Second dose: For those who did not receive their first dose at Wake Forest Baptist, call 336-70-COVID.
Third dose (Pfizer or Moderna): For those moderately or severely immune compromised, call 336-70-COVID. Patients who are unsure if they meet these criteria should contact their specialist or primary care office to ensure a third dose is appropriate for their specific situation.
Booster dose (Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson): Call 336-70-COVID or search for a vaccine provider near you.
