International Women’s Day 2021 - #WomenInScience Social Media Toolkit

March 8th marks International Women’s Day, and offers a key moment to bring attention to the important contributions of women to research and innovation for global health. PATH, DSW International, and the Global Health Technologies Coalition are partnering to conduct a social media campaign elevating the stories of women innovators for global health. During the week of International Women's Day (March 8-12), each day will be an opportunity to connect research and innovation to a health topic when women will be a focus.

This toolkit contains resources for highlighting women scientists, researchers, academics and health care workers - women innovators for global health - from a variety of geographies and health areas. We encourage you to share stories from your own collection or use ones from this toolkit. Don’t forget to use #WomenInScience to tag your posts and follow along with all the great stories from our partners around the world!
