Bronco Bulletin September 23, 2022

Happy Friday Bronco Families,

This year is certainly keeping us on our toes! Today we came to school with no internet, phones or copiers for our teachers but yet, it was a great day! The pictures above and below are from Ms. Berger's class today.

Congratulations to all of our Bronco falls sports teams for winning their first games of the year. Our Bronco football team won their first game vs. Smith MS 28-8. Our Bronco 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams both won their home openers against Avondale. Go Broncos!

We are pleased to announce that on Thursday, September 29th at 6:30 we will be holding a Schoology parent night. This evening is to help our families navigate Schoology and will be ran by our Schoology expert, Mr. Lewan. We are asking families to bring their technology with them so they can follow along and ask questions. We are going to cover both the parent and student side. The evening will be held in the Boulan Park cafeteria.

We are asking families to complete the form below by Tuesday, September 27th so we know how many to expect.

Upcoming TSD Bond

The proposed Troy School District bond could mean some exciting changes to the school experience for not only our families while at Boulan Park, but also as they transition to Troy High School. Four key areas for the bond are Safety & Technology, Future-Ready Learning Environments, Infrastructure & Sustainability, and Program Enhancements.

Registration is now open for students who are interested in competing for a place on the 2022-2023 BPMS Math Team. The testing will be in early October. If interested, join the Schoology "Course" using access code: 6DBC-9K88-J5XRK

Health Care Aide Positions Available

TSD schools are in dire need of parents who would be willing to serve as paid health care aides during the school day. If you are interested in serving in this role at a TSD school, please check out the flyer or contact me!

NOW HIRING!!

SchoolPay

School lunches are no longer free. Students purchasing lunches can deposit money on their accounts by using SchoolPay. Our goal is to keep all transactions cash free this year. We will use this system for most school transactions, including iPad insurance, field trip payments, and more. Info below.
