Description
The Little Mermaid is a story of a 16 year old girl mermaid named Ariel who wants to be human. The movie came out in 1989. The voice actor who played ariel is Sodi Benson. In The movie Ariel wants to go onto land. She is so fascinated by what's above her. Ariel eventually meets Prince Eric who was on his ship celebrating his birthday but a storm appears and his bout comes crashing down. Ariel saves Eric from drowning onto land. Then he hears a beautiful voice singing to him as he begins to wake up.

I am comparing and contrasting The Little Mermaid and Moana. The Little Mermaid was released November 13, 1989. Moana came out on November 26, 2016. Ariel was not allowed to go in the land, however Moana was allowed to go on land but not water. The villain in The Little Mermaid is Ursula. However, the villain in Moana is Ta Ka. Ariel has 6 sisters and Moana has 6 brothers. One of the similarities is that they both have 6 siblings. Another similarity is that they are both Disney princesses. The next similarity is that their fathers got mad at them for a reason involving the ocean.

Problem and SOLUTION
Problem: Arial is going though an identity crisis she trades her voice then she becomes human but on land she does not feel like she belongs.
Solution:Arial could have traded gold to Ursula instead of her voice. She could have turned the prince into a mermaid. Arial could have showed ursula how to do makeup.
cause and effect
Ariel loses her voice by Ursula and that caused her to go on land. She had legs in order to be on land. She approached Prince Eric on the beach . Prince Eric heard her beautiful voice and they got married.
