During the process of you setting up your property, we can offer:

Phase 3: Final Day & Photography
Once the final set ups have been completed we will visit on the day to:
- Ensure the property is set up ready for photography
- Stage the property to maximise the look for photography

Q. What is included in this package
A. We have 1 day interior design packages and start to finish turnkey packages depending on your needs.
Q. What hands on support is offered during the design process
A. Depending on the package will determine if you will be using our decorators and maintenance, however we have our own team that will create the process of a turnkey SA from start to finish.
Q. How long does it generally take to start to finish a SA property.
A. Usually 1-2 weeks depending on size. It’s important to agree a colour theme and design then move quickly. Some furnitures can take longer than others to order, so this has to be taken into consideration.
Q. How much Discord support does SA operators get.
A. Messages and voice notes are applicable and we usually get back with a response within the hour.
Q. When should I plan to arrange a photographer?
A. Planning is so important and we can advise on this. It’s important to come up with a realistic plan on completion based on our recommendations, so we can schedule in a photographer ahead of time. The best photographers are always busy so it’s best to plan ahead so they have availability.
How much is an approximate cost?
A. For a 3 Bed house, to kit out with furniture and interior design it’s normally in the region around 5K. This is including a feature wall in each room. Cost to also to source the property is around 7k - This can vary depending on the spec and various factors.
