Cultivating Community

Congratulations to Meg Wyatt for recently completing and graduating from the Academy to Advance Leadership (AALE) within Cooperative Extension and NC State University. Five sessions were held across the state of NC during 2021 and2022. AALE provides an elite leadership development program for those who want to strengthen their leadership abilities. Participants in the program had to have worked within Cooperative Extension or the College of Ag and Life Sciences at NCSU for at least five years. They must demonstrate how they have contributed to Extension and its mission along with demonstrating their leadership experience within their community and work role. Pictured from left is Meg Wyatt, 4-H Youth Development Agent with Dr. Rhonda Sutton, Director of College Leadership Programs for NCSU College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
