Week 5 - Term 3a The kIng arrived for the jubilee celebrations

Designing the new garden for the Queen’s grandchildren.

Great excitement when the new pieces arrived. Lots of discussion and sharing of ideas.

Fiona no Elijah worked as a small team of designers.

Meena, Ismael and Daniel came to talk to us about Islam. We learnt lots of information about the five pillars of Islam. We played a great game like Simon Says. We learnt about how charitable Muslims are, using their wages to help charities and poorer people. It was really interesting, and we listened well.
