The Eco-anxiety fight demonstrates the fear of environmental destruction and how individuals who experience eco-anxiety may feel helpless, exposed, or emotionally distraught. We are aware of the harm that climate change is doing to the environment, but what happens when our mental health gets involved? I analyse the psychological impacts of climate change and how many people feel anxious and guilty as a result of their day-to-day decisions. In The Eco-Anxiety Fight, I convey a sense of helplessness together with the profound ecological grief mobilising potentials. Your grief may raise your anger in response to this significant environmental crisis and inspire you to take independent action. Grief can drive individuals to take action and influence real change in the environment. Without experiencing the whole range of emotions related to the environmental crisis, there will be no desire to do anything further about the situation.
