The Catholic women come into Landmark Championship week ranked fifth in the South Region, the best-ever ranking in program history. Led by sophomore Kate Inglis and senior Zoe Zelch, the Cardinals are looking to improve on the past two years' fifth-place finishes. Inglis placed ninth at the event a year ago and has earned a Landmark Athlete of the Week honor for the Cardinals this season.

  • Head Coach: Sean Robinson (2nd Season)
  • Team Titles: 0

Under the guidance of second-year head coach Sean Robinson, the Rangers have four seniors in Virginia Gaylord, Carly Orent, Charlotte Principal, and Sam Villanueva with championship experience. The Rangers add newcomers Hayley Asmisano and Dayana Ramirez to the roster, both of whom will compete in their first conference championship on Saturday.

The Rangers had their best team finish this season at the Misericordia Invitational, placing fifth.

  • Head Coach: Brian Falk (12th Season)
  • Team Titles: 6 (2014-19)

After having their conference title streak snapped and recording their lowest team finish (fourth) since joining the conference in 2014, the Blue Jays are poised for a strong run at the 2022 title on Saturday. The Blue Jays return four top-20 performers led by First Team selection, junior Kelty Oaster, who placed sixth a year ago. Madison Webber earned Second Team honors after finishing in 14th, while Bridget Kennedy and Amanda Kauffman placed 15th and 16th, respectively.

  • Head Coach: Erick Camodeca (3rd Season)
  • Team Titles: 0

Goucher, though having a slight edge entering championship weekend running on its home course, will have to rely on a young roster to help improve upon the last-place showing a year ago. First year Tanise Thornton-Fillyaw paces the Gophers and has had three top-10 finishes this season, including a second-place finish on the Goucher course three weeks ago.

  • Head Coach: Jon Cutright (30th Season)
  • Team Titles: 1 (2007)

Rebecca Christophel returns for her sophomore campaign to guide the 2022 Juniata women's cross country squad. On October 15, Christophel set a new personal record for a 6k course at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, crossing the finish line in 25:44.9.

  • Head Coach: Jesse Baumann (11th Season)
  • Team Titles: 2 (2011, '13)

Moravian makes a strong case to win the program's third conference title after being narrowly edged in 2021 by one point. Three top-20 finishers return for the Greyhounds, led by Pia Mazella DiBosco, who finished 10th in her first collegiate championship a year ago. Other returners include Amber Poniktera (12th in 2021) and Rachel Byrne (17th in 2021).

  • Head Coach: Bill Burke (15th Season)
  • Team Titles: 1 (2009)

Scranton looks to continue its momentum into championship Saturday as the Royals are coming off back-to-back first-place finishes to close out the regular season. Graduate student and the reigning Performer of the Year, Jessica Hoffmann returns and looks to become just the third female to repeat as champion of the event. This year, Hoffmann added her name to the record books with the conference's eighth-best time for a 6k course (22:00.00). Hoffmann will be joined by Second Team All-Conference performer Olivia Tullman to help the Royals seek the program's first title since 2009.

  • Head Coach: JJ Clinchoc (2nd Season)
  • Team Titles: 3 (2008, '10, '21)

In just a short time in his tenure, Susquehanna head coach JJ Clinchoc has already made a statement. Clinchoc helped guide the women's cross country squad to an exciting one-point win at the Landmark Conference Championships in 2021. The River Hawks return two-time All-Conference selection and NCAA Qualifier Kallan Carter. Carter, who holds the third-best 6k time (21:47.90) in conference history, will be joined by 2021 Rookie of the Year Emma Meyers.
