Trentside Medical Centre Bringing the next stage of healthcare to Netherfield, Nottinghamshire

The new building in Meadow Road brings modern healthcare facilities to the town and it lies just meters away from the practice's previous building. The clinic had outgrown its old building and the team struggled to expand the range of services they could offer to patients. The new premises provides additional consulting rooms and a pharmacy in a flexible, highly-efficient building capable of expanding further to help meet long-term demand.

The new surgery places an emphasis on accessibility for patients including a children’s waiting area and a telehealth surgery pod which lets patients measure vital signs and update their own health records and a pharmacy. There is also a new loop system for people who are hard of hearing.

The new building makes use of a location that had fallen into disrepair, replacing it with a new modern look building.

The new medical centre includes health pods, where patients can measure their weight and blood pressure before and update their own health records.

“We are excited to see a much bigger space with large, comfortable designated areas for each medical service within one attractive colourful building. The children will have excellent facilities while waiting for their appointment and the new centre will have loop system for the hard of hearing – which was a must for us!”
