We are looking for a motivated, proactive Delivery Manager with a passion to Deep Tech stack and who will drive the successful output and quality produced by the Aksiio team.
Role Details
As Delivery Manager you enable our teams to deliver the best value for our clients and support in not only achieving the team's but also the company's goals.
What you can expect in this role:
- You manage cutting edge digitalization projects and initiatives in the dynamic environment of the Deep Tech industry;
- Therefore, you work closely together with Product, Tech and other stakeholders to help build and drive the project roadmaps;
- You identify, evaluate, prioritize, align and coordinate cross-team actions, risks, dependencies and take action to safeguard in-time delivery;
- Also, you connect the dots between product and tech whilst having the big picture of the company's strategy in mind.
Requirements
- You have extensive experience as Project or Delivery Manager in small to medium software engineering organizations;
- You have some experience or related background in 3D, Computer Vision or IoT technologies;
- You are well-structured, have great analytical skills and you know how to communicate efficiently with all types of stakeholders;
- Besides that, you take the lead and give guidance whilst living the agile principles;
- You possess very good English skills (B2 at least).
We're hiring for both our Poland & Ukraine Office
Place of work: Wroclaw (work from office) or Kharkiv (remote during the Russian military aggression).
Who will you be working with? You will be working with many of our staff, but reporting to our Delivery Director and CEO.
