Message from Principal Leffel: We come come to the final week of the 2021-2022 school year. Congratulations to our parents and students on their persistence this year. Our students have demonstrated incredible growth, and I hope you take a moment to celebrate your child for their accomplishments both big and small this year! Don't forget to start gearing up for next year that will begin on August 15th by completing the annual registration and buying schools supplies. We look forward to seeing you at our 2022-23 Back to School Bash on Thursday, August 11th.

End-of-Year Celebrations: Starring Our Best and Brightest Mountain Lions

Families are invited to attend. Be sure to arrive early as check-in with ID is required. Balloons tend to obstruct others' views; please leave balloons for at-home celebration. We look forward to seeing you to celebrate!

Thursday, May 26th - 12:10pm Release

May 26th is the last day of the school year AND early release. Ensure that you have made arrangements to have your child picked up from school between 12:10pm and 12:30pm.

Field Trips for Fun and Learning

First grade visited the UTA Planetarium this week and our Boys Group rocked some wall climbing at Alley Cats!

Passing the Baton

Last week, Kindergarteners had the opportunity to preview what it's like to be first graders by visiting the first grade classrooms for a lesson and introduction to the space.

Spreading the STAAR Love

Our generous lower grades students and teachers prepared cheer for our students taking STAAR by sending notes and goodies to our 3rd-6th grade students in addition to decorating the halls to make STAAR feel a little more festive!

Arlington Library Visits to Promote Summer Reading

A visitor from the Arlington Public Library visited with all classes to promote summer reading. Thank you to Ms. Etheridge for organizing this for our students.
