Did you notice, something is there.

Something open and empty, something fundamental and free.

Prior to words or notions, prior to beliefs or ideas,

Something naked and untouchable is unmistakably there.

When you where confused and angry, joyful or sad,

it was also, already/always, presently there.

Prior to philosophies of the mind, it is ceaselessly there.

Without special effort, Presence is deliberately there.

Simple and silent, Awake and Aware.

Previously unnoticed, immediately at hand,

Did you notice Awareness is there?

Something intrinsic and integral, something crucial and clear.

In the midst of all happening, something is there.

Something still and silent, something spaciously Aware.

Did you notice - nothing is there!

Constantly clear, alert and available, something perfectly precious is spontaneously Aware.

Something is here that is already Aware, between the "light" and the "dark", between the "in" and the "out".

Without any search, without any effort, something is here that is already Aware.

Here by itself behind the spell of perception,

a sense of is-ness is indescribably there, the stillness of Being that is already Aware.

In the midst of this now - you are Here and Aware,

always Here, always Aware.

Rest in the fact you are Here and Aware,

always Here, always Aware.
