Start Times / Cut Off Times - Full & Half Marathon - Race Numbers etc

Marathon & Half Marathon - Start at 10:00, this should give you plenty of time for last minute toilet stops. See map below for registration and start locations.

Cut Off Times - Cut off time of 6 hours 45 for the full, 4 hours for the half. If you feel you may not make the cut off times, we have the option for you to start from 08:00.

Race Numbers etc - Race numbers and timing chips are to be collected from registration when you sign in.

T-Shirt / Medal - These need to be preordered when you register for the event, if you forgot you can log into your own RaceSpace account and amend your entry there.

Catering - Changing Facilities - Baggage Store - ID - Head phones - Parking

Catering - From early morning 09:00, cafe with hot cold drinks + food, and open for when you finish less than 5 minutes from the start in the car parking area.

Changing Facilities - There are no changing facilities except small space in the registration tent.

Baggage Store - You are welcome to leave a small back with us but we will not vouch for its safety! (we have luggage tags for you to use)

ID - Do I need to bring any forms with me, no, at registration you will need to provide your name and address details & an emergency contact.

Head Phones - You will be running on single carriageway roads, you will need to follow marshal instructions, there will be traffic & we will ask you to remove them if we catch you wearing them.

Parking - For all participants, friends and families is available for free Do not park on any of the side roads in the area.

Change of name - Distance - Deferral

Change of Name - This has caused major issues with results and scheduling in the past so will only happen with a £10.00 admin charge, payable cash at registration on the day.

Change of Distance - If you decide to drop from the full to the half on event day, you can drop during the event but it is really important that you talk with a member of our team, so we know on the day!

Deferral - If for any reason you can't participate this year, we will be happy to defer your entry over to 2019 but only if in return you marshal at this years event, please find us at registration 09:00
