A SAFE AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
These 2022 projects and initiatives will promote a safe community, which is multigenerational, inclusive and consistently explores new ways to enhance community values.
Protect the residential lifestyle of Las Sendas by implementing recommendations from the Short Term Rental Working Group. This includes amending our CC&Rs with your vote (continuation from 2021).
Keep our neighborhoods safe by developing an emergency preparedness plan for our community.
Complete upgrades to enclave vehicle gates to include maglocks and radiofrequency identification (RFID) systems (continuation from 2021).
COMMUNITY PRESERVATION
These 2022 projects and initiatives will promote the protection and enhancement of our beautiful desert uplands setting.
Magnify the natural beauty of our neighborhoods through landscaping enhancements at our community and enclave entrances.
Preserve our landscaping long-term by replacing our landscape irrigation system.
IMPACTFUL LIFESTYLE OPPORTUNITIES
These 2022 projects and initiatives will provide lifestyle opportunities that offer the best amenities and most impactful social and fitness activities to promote meaningful connections.
Increase usage of the Trailhead Members Club by finalizing and implementing a plan to repurpose or remodel the facility (continuation from 2021).
Implement lifestyle opportunities that appeal across generations and other demographics.
FINANCIAL STRENGTH
These 2022 projects and initiatives will promote a financially strong community association.
Maintain key performance indicators, including our operating cash ratio, on-hand cash, and assessment collection rate.
Ensure that all projects meet the community's needs and are funded according to approved policies and best practices.
Through countless hours of research, analysis, and expert recommendations, the Las Sendas Community Association Board of Directors and CCMC team has created this strategic plan. Each year, our annual priorities and initiatives are updated to keep our neighborhood surrounded by beauty and connected by community.
