Elena's Pizza and Catering is a new restaurant in the Pottstown area that has quickly become a key part of the Hill lifestyle. Its close proximity to The Hill School and easy access allows Hill students to grab a quick bite to eat as they feel fit. zthe restaurant has also started to integrate with the city of Pottstown as it builds its customer basis and continues to increase in popularity.

Elenas is the perfect family friendly establishment that gives its own “warm glow.” “We named the restaurant after my mom and my daughter,” said owner Cesar Mendez. “I always wanted to name after my mom.”

The Hill School boys varsity hockey team is seen eating in the restaurant. “It is really good being close to Hill School,” Mendez said. He did though continue to speak on the difficulties of owning a business and getting customers. He believes that this “isn’t the right time" to expand. Hopefully later down the road, Hill and Pottstown in general, will bring in more business for Elena's.
