I explored British Values in my area and how people would show this with objects. I went to Brighton (which is close to where I live) for my photoshoot, many people who live in the area described their British values, based upon where they live, as graffiti, the seagulls, beach and flags that resemble Britain. I decided to explore this and combine all the ideas of "British Values" given by the public to create my final outcome.
Martin Parr
Martin Parr inspired me when creating my final outcomes for British Values. Parr is a British documentary photographer, he is known for taking photos that are an intimate take on modern aspects of life. His photographs capture the bright colours of the British social classes, making his images very unique to his work and memorable to the viewer.

Final Outcomes
For my final outcome I focused of images that people felt were most 'British' based upon where they lived. I feel these create powerful images which clearly show British Culture at the coast, Brighton. The bright colours are eye-catching to the viewer and show true inspiration from the use if colour in Martin Parr's photographs.
