AEM Dynamic Media Sprint and jira processes
Towards the end of each Sprint, Product & Engineer Managers review Jira backlog and collect ticket candidates for the next DM Sprint. Entire team meets with PM for a Sprint overview followed by individual teams planning meetings where stories are voted and decomposed.
Capacity meeting is split between DEV and QA groups. Tickets are committed for the upcoming Sprint.
Definition of Done
When DEV tickets have been completed, Test Cases written, Test Cycle Executed, Priority Major Bugs Fixed and Story's QE Status field set to "Verified". This process is carried over multiple 2-Weeks Sprints Cycle.
