Accomodations
We have reserved rooms at the Lyford Cay Club, where all conference activities will take place within walking distance from accommodations. Golf carts are also available to rent, but not necessary.
We have also reserved rooms at The Island House (5 minutes away by car) and A Stone’s Throw Away (15 minutes by car), where personal transportation will need to be arranged to and from conference activities.

Dress Code
The Lyford Cay Club has a dress code. In the Little Club, Main Bar and the Yacht Club, a blazer and trousers are required. At the pool restaurant, collared shirts and shorts are required. No jeans (including white jeans) are permitted.
Attire for the conference is Business Casual (collared shirts and trousers, blazer optional).
Cell Phone Policy
Mobile telephones and personal digital assistants (PDAs), electronic readers, IPADS and electronic games are not permitted in the Lyford Cay Club dining areas. Such devices may be used on other Club premises in silent mode, for reading, gaming and silent communication. Cell phone use is not permitted in golf carts, whether parked or otherwise being operated on Club property, including the golf course. Verbal communication on any device is prohibited when on Club property with the exception of use in a Guest’s room, the Club telephone room, an automobile or in the event of a medical emergency.
