2017-18 Boilermakers: Nora Kiesler #BOILERUP

One of the tallest players in program history, Kiesler has established herself as a defensive force in the paint over her first two seasons. Despite missing a chunk of games in the middle of her sophomore campaign, Kiesler made several standout contributions, including a crucial role in the Boilermakers' Big Ten Tournament run.

Kiesler came off the bench in the Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinal match up against Indiana, starting the second half and helping swing a 17-point comeback victory over the Hoosiers. Her ability to anchor the middle of the Boilermaker defense and protect the rim is invaluable, and it showed up that day as she turned away two shots in the third quarter and held IU to 2-of-17 shooting as Purdue went on a 14-0 run.
