Residential Subdivision Development in Roseville, CA (Quick and Dirty Analysis)

In this report, I conducted a study on residential subdivision development, in which I used the back of the envelope approach to assess the feasibility of lot development including calculating the price point required to achieve a certain return.

Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) in St. Louis, MO

The report analyses the role of tax incremental financing in public-private partnership development project. Various types of tax revenues are calculated to cover the required debt service on municipal bonds that the local government issues to cover a portion of a portion or all of public infrastructure improvements. The report also assesses whether the developer's return to project cost is feasible for the project to go forward.

Adaptive Reuse in Knoxville, TN

For this report, I examine the economics underlying whether to convert the property in Knoxville into commercial/residential use. To assess the sales potential with market study and if the rehabilitation changes the value of the property to its highest and best use (or most probably use)

Feasibility Study (Part 1) in Mar Vista, CA

This report uncovers the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of the proposed project in Mar Vista, CA from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective.

Feasibility Study (Part 2) in Mar Vista, CA

This Report builds on the basis of the previous feasibility study, to examine the financing and performance of the Project. The partnership structure and distributions will also be established using a distribution waterfall.
