Computer Display Users: Please click on the black-outlined-box navigation buttons (See below on the Home page) to visit the respective pages for our site. Use the scroll wheel on your mouse or the vertical slider bar on the right of the screen window to scroll down initially and then to go up or down on the page. Do not use your Page Down or Page UP keyboard buttons as they can disrupt the flow of the site graphics. Close the browser tab to exit a sub-screen.
Touch screen device users: Just swipe up slowly to scroll through the home page for our site. Tap a black box button to visit a sub-page, and then use the back button (<), or close the tab on your device's screen menu, to return to the previous page. To close the SFA web pages viewed at the end of your visit, use your device's operation for shutting down running apps.
Buttons: The black outline button boxes on our pages, the blue button boxes on forms, and the brown button box below are functioning links. Click on a box to perform the listed action or visit a sub-page. Once you are finished with the action or viewing the content of that sub-page, close the browser tab, click the exit X, or use the < on your hand-held device.
