Another improvement across the board in March for the TMSI team! 176 funded loans for $45.6 M (up from Feb 142-$39 M), 210 new applications (up from Feb 196), and a total pipeline of $121.5 M (up from $115 M). Throw in future locks up to $45.2 M from $40.6 M and a much improved Q2 is on the horizon!

We have 172 loans in April's pipeline totaling $45.2M.

Branch Manager / Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, Little River, SC

Patrick was born and raised in beautiful Napa, California. He has also lived in Arizona, Virginia, Montana, Colorado and now South Carolina. He has been married to his wife, Carol, for 30 years. They have 4 boys all in their 20s and now one grandson Elijah who is almost 1 years old. His son Josiah (23) just graduated from Coastal Carolina University and his youngest son Jacob (21) has one semester left at South Carolina University.

Patrick has a broad background in the mortgage industry spanning over 21 years. Patrick has been with TMSI now for 5 years. When he isn’t working, he is also manages a local Christian radio station in Myrtle Beach that is owned by the church he attends. He also handles the daily programming of the station that requires him to be up around 5:00 AM every day. With the rest of his spare time Patrick loves spending time with his wife and family and is very involved at his church Calvary Chapel. He and Carol love to travel (as long as it doesn’t involve having to stay at a Days Inn with Jim Belote), hike or go the gym.

TMSI TO OFFER PATH TO DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP

The Path to Diversity Scholarship Program recognizes existing industry professionals who are seeking to advance their careers through continuing education. Recipients receive a voucher to cover course registration fees, up to a maximum of $2,000, for popular MBA Education courses and designation programs. This education opportunity enables employees from diverse backgrounds to advance their professional growth and career development.

Scholarships awarded under the Path to Diversity program can also be used towards six upcoming MBA Conferences where attendees can obtain Continuing Professional Education (CPE), Continuing Legal Education (CLE) or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) credits.

Since the scholarship is only a voucher to cover registration fees, TMSI will cover the cost of travel and hotels for any conference if necessary to any awarded applicant!
